Erin really should go by her superhero name, “the Loan Whisperer”, because that’s what she is. She was communicative, detail oriented and prompt. Our closing lady even said she had the closing docs a week before when most are received the day before or day of. Impeccable work and customer service, all around the best!

Erin is Beyond awesome! I emailed her for help with a possible refi. At this point I would've been happy just getting our mortgage insurance off. Due to taxes and insurance rising and a constantly short escrow, our monthly mortgage kept significantly rising each year. It was out of control. Erin wrote me back within minutes, late in the night, that she would have a quote for me the next day. Early the next day I received an extensive email with a well planned out and detailed quote. The quote looked WAY too good to be true, but Erin and I chatted and got everything set in motion. She discovered an illegal 30 day late mortgage payment on our credit due to an escrow shortage the year prior and the monthly payment being applied wrong. I told her I had unsuccessfully tried to dispute it and she set up a 3-way call with the mortgage company for the following Tuesday morning. She got it removed from our credit report within a 5 minute phone call, sending our credit scores skyrocketing. Before I knew it we were in underwriting and then approved with a significantly lower monthly payment, much lower interest rate, and no mortgage insurance. She had a fantastic notary sent to our house and we closed in 30 minutes. This whole process from start to finish was 2 weeks and we are saving $600 a MONTH. Oh, and she did such a great home appraisal estimate that we didn't have to pay for an appraisal, saving us another $750! I am blown away by the savings, the quickness, the amazing experience and knowledge Erin has, and her fantastic and speedy communication. We will definitely be using Erin for our next home purchase in a few years! Thank you, Erin!
